New · Jefferson Meetings

Every meeting, remembered.

Talk freely. He's taking notes.

Jefferson now takes his own meeting notes. Meet in his room, send his note-taker into someone else's call, or record from your desk. Minutes after you hang up you have the summary, the decisions and who promised what. And the recordings stay with us, not with a notes vendor.

Why it matters

Your client calls are your book.

Renewal terms, claim details, what a client really thinks: it all gets said out loud. Most note-takers send every word to their own servers and keep it there. Jefferson Meetings keeps it with you.

01
No vendor holds it.Audio and transcripts are kept on InsurEco's own servers, beside your Cabinet. No outside note-taking company gets a copy.
02
Everyone gets asked. In a recorded meeting, each person sees a recording notice and chooses: join and be recorded, or listen without being recorded.
03
Promises don't go missing."I'll send that Friday" becomes an action item with a name and a date, and Jefferson remembers it for you.
How it works

Meet. Hang up. Ask.

However the call happens, the notes end up in the same place, and Jefferson knows what was said.

Flow: a meet.jefferson.bio room, a note-taker bot and Quill Meet on a desktop feed a quill writing the transcript, summary and action items, into your Cabinet, and then to Ask Jefferson
Three ways in · one set of notes · one Jefferson
I
MeetIn Jefferson's room, or on Zoom, Google Meet or Teams.
II
Hang upA few minutes later: summary, decisions, action items and the full transcript.
III
Ask Jefferson"What did we decide with Acme?" He already read the notes.
Three ways to capture

Your call, their call, or any call on your computer.

I
meet.jefferson.bioJefferson's own video room, with the note-taker built in.
  • Live captions while you talk
  • One invite link; only your organisation can join
  • An end-to-end encrypted option for calls that shouldn't be recorded at all
II
The note-takerMeeting on someone else's link? Jefferson's own note-taker joins the call for you.
  • Joins Zoom, Google Meet and Teams calls
  • Runs on our servers, not a third-party bot service
  • The notes land in Jefferson the same way
III
Quill MeetA desktop recorder for any call on your computer, even a phone on speaker. No bot joins.
  • Private mode transcribes on your own computer; the audio never leaves it
  • Asks you to confirm you've told everyone first
  • Mac today · Windows Coming soon
After the call

Hang up. The follow-up is already written.

  • Summary.A short account of what was discussed.
  • Decisions. What was agreed, in one list.
  • Action items.Who agreed to do what, with a due date when one was said.
  • Transcript.Every line, with the time and who said it.
Then just ask

"What did we decide in the Acme renewal meeting?"

Jefferson: He answers from the meeting's own notes, with the decisions and who owes what next.

"What are my action items from today's meetings?"

Jefferson: Every promise you made today, across every call, in one list.

Questions

For the person who's going to ask.

Do I have to stop using Fireflies?

No. Fireflies meetings keep flowing into Jefferson, side by side with Jefferson Meetings, under the same rule for who can see them.

Will everyone know they're being recorded?

In Jefferson's room, everyone sees a recording notice before they join and chooses to be recorded or to listen only. Quill Meet asks you to confirm you've told everyone before it starts. Recording rules differ by place, so check what applies to you and your clients.

Who can see my meetings?

The person who started the meeting, the people who joined, and your organisation. Nobody outside your organisation can see it.

How long are recordings kept?

Audio is deleted automatically 30 days after the meeting. The transcript, summary and action items are kept so Jefferson can remember them.

Does Quill Meet work on Windows?

Quill Meet runs on Mac today. Windows is coming soon. Get it at quill.askjefferson.com.
